Tuition-Paid Sponsorship Program
Our senior living communities provide a sponsorship program for aspiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) and Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA). Through the program, the community will pay a student’s tuition, as well as provide a stipend, to obtain their CNA, CHHA or CHHA license. Upon completion of the month-long course at a qualified learning center, the student must provide one year of service in exchange for their tuition.

Mission Champions Program
Mission Champions are Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey (LSMNJ) employees who are recognized by our residents and families as going above and beyond, exceeding expectations. If a contribution is made to the LSMNJ Foundation in honor of an individual employee, they are deemed a Mission Champion and recognized for their commitment to excellence, grace-filled care and living the mission of Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey – which is to help those who hurt, who are in need, or who have limited choices.
